WELCOME TO MY WEBSITE

Originally, I started this website while I was still actually teaching, as a means for teachers, especially from Britain and America, to check myself out, and for teachers in Germany to find resources for teaching English as a second or foreign language. But over the years, especially after my retirement, this site has developed into something more personal, with quite a lot of pictures from my travels, in America mostly.
This website contains:
- some information about myself
[curriculum vitae, (biking) activities,
travel pictures, Alfter],
- resources
[texts, links, downloads,
reviews, examples of exam tests (Abiturklausuren)]
(mainly) for teachers and students of English,
- advice on travelling in/to the USA,
- and some other miscellaneous items, e.g. interesting
quotes, which I - at some time or other - considered
interesting.
